This new way of living creates constant change, both in audience behaviour and expectations and the possibilities for cultural organisations to set up their working processes, develop entrepreneurial skills and create new methods to reach and engage audiences. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5914226 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5914226\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>There is a strong desire in the cultural sector to adapt to the changing world and audiences. Currently, this often happens ad hoc and without structure or long-term strategy. <\/p><p>Formulating an answer to the changes in digital development, commissioning, entrepreneurship, and audience engagement began decades ago in other sectors, and new work processes have since been developed that help organizations become flexible (agile) and resilient.<\/p><p>Creative processes in the cultural sector are often already agile, this comes very naturally. We believe the sector as a whole can increase it\u2019s resilience by also consciously adopting new agile ways of working on an organisational and artistic level. centering their artisic values. We do so by providing hands-on methodologies that can be applied right away, adapting digital tools to fit specific needs and supporting in navigating necessary changes in working processes. DigitALL, Tanja knows the complexities of the cultural sector inside out.<\/p><p>Linda has experience working for different kinds of cultural organisations, both large and small. After leading successful digital start- and scale-ups in both the cultural sector and fast-growing software companies, she has focused in recent years on translating innovative working methods for the cultural sector. <\/p><p>Together, Tanja and Linda believe in the power of innovative working methods. Not as a quick fix, but as a practical approach with sustainable impact. That is why in the fall of 2025 they decided to continue their work together in the new company T\u00f2 M\u00f2 (Vietnamese for \u201ccurious\u201d).
