In many projects these principles tend to get trampled underfoot, simply because the project is complex, uncertain and demanding. By regularly sharing goals, successes and challenges, the organisation as a whole becomes stronger. When clear goals are shared and supported across the organisation, motivation and autonomy increase, which in turn boosts agility and efficiency of teams. From MT to team members, clear goals and activities create space for individual input and decision-making. Transparency helps everyone maintain a sense of control over their own work and that of colleagues, enabling teams to move faster through complex questions that arise. What begins as \u201ca small adjustment\u201d can quickly ripple through processes, teams and ways of working. If that interconnectedness is recognised too late, projects stall or drift off course, solutions don\u2019t align with daily practice, or they only work temporarily.
